In some cases, we may need to cancel an order due to reasons such as unavailability of stock or other unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund of the payment made.

If you receive a product with a factory defect or damage, please contact our customer support team immediately with clear images or videos of the issue. We will investigate the matter and, if found valid, provide you with a full refund or offer a replacement as per your preference.

2.4 Refunds for Size Change:

If you request a size change as per the conditions mentioned in section 1.1, we will process the exchange free of charge. However, if the requested size is unavailable, or you prefer to receive a refund instead of an exchange, we will provide you with a refund equal to the amount paid for the original item exclusive of administration fees.
